wuzzup dog

I thought that I would show you Jessica chillin' the other day. She is a complete joy to have around.

I decided to try some new stuff to Cailyn's hair. She doesn't always let me, so this was a rare occasion. Thanks for letting me play sweet heart.

Birthday Delite!

Jason made me some "Better than Sex Cake" for my birthday. It was so delicious, it was almost sinful. That is probably where it got its name. Since we are a pretty small family and I shouldn't eat too much of a cake like that, Jason took the rest of it to work. I am so glad, because I probably would have eaten nothing else. Thank you Jason for the delectable treat.

The Frog Song

This is a song that we sing in Primary and Cailyn just loves it. This is her favorite version. She always wants us to sing really high(sounds silly with my voice, I apologize). I love it when she sings with me. Most of the time she either just wants me to sing a Cinderella song or asks me to be quiet. I definitely prefer this option.

Sorry this is so dark, she really has some cute expressions.

Sisters

Occassionally our girls play really well together. I guess I should say that occassionally Cailyn tolerates Jessica, or the other way around. Well, I suppose both scenarios need happen at the same time. Anyway, it doesn't happen very often that they giggle and laugh together, but when it does it is so fun to watch. I can't help laughing and giggling with them. I love these little girls!

Say Cheese!

Everytime I look at this picture of Cailyn it makes me think of Drew Barrimore in ET. I love my cute little darlings.

My Valentine is perfect

I have to admit that Jason and I are so completely perfect for each other. Don't get me wrong, there are times when we don't agree, but we really do work well together. For example, we both agree that there really is no need for a Valentine tradition. I feel like the holiday is mostly commercial, so we don't really do much of anything traditional. I do agree that we should celebrate the love we have in our lives, not only the romantic love. The girls and I didn't really do anything special(Cailyn had a fever all day, and I had an extra baby). But, Jason had a special night planned(He is so sweet). He was going to go to the store on his way home from work, but knew that I would want to get out, so we went as a family. It was nice(I know, lame). One of my favorite things to eat is a steak. So, Jason picked out some choice meat and and the other things we needed, hit Blockbuster and went home. When we got home we fed the girls and put them down a little early. Jason prepared our romantic dinner. We talked(trying to avoid baby talk), recalling our past together. All in all, it was nice to be Jason and Mindi for a couple of hours, instead of Mommy and Daddy. It was refreshing. Thank you Jason for a beautiful evening, Happy Valentines Day! I love you!
